Now at its 9th edition, the Miss Summer World competition, organized by producer Albana Cakshiri, took place in Albania, on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, in Vlora, between May 11–18, 2025. The participating contestants were carefully selected — they had to be at least 1.73 meters tall, meet the standard model measurements, speak English, be between the ages of 17 and 27, and possess a high-level performance talent. Only one contestant was chosen to represent each country, with Ariana Raisa Andra Dinu (known by her stage name Raisandra) representing Romania.

Contestants from 40 countries participated: Portugal, France, Germany, Brazil, Nigeria, Italy, Central Africa, Romania, San Marino, Benelux, Belgium, Suriname, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Guinea-Bissau, Ecuador, Congo, Lithuania, the Philippines, Senegal, Vietnam, Estonia, Taiwan, Belarus, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Greece, Croatia, Georgia, Albania, Ukraine, Congo, the Netherlands, South Africa, Macedonia, Slovenia, Moldova, Kosovo, Serbia…

The competition included the following rounds: traditional costume presentation, swimsuit presentation, an interview in English, and the talent round. This was followed by the semifinals, which consisted of the prom queen outfit presentation, a talent round for selected contestants, and the evening gown presentation.

Raisa qualified for the semifinal in the talent round, where she performed a lively musical piece and won the titles of Top Model and Miss Intercontinental. Advancing to the final talent round, Raisa, as a gesture of solidarity, performed a song in Albanian — SUUS, which had won 3rd place at Eurovision in 2012. The performance had such a powerful impact that she received offers for major musical collaborations and won the Grand Talent Award at Miss Summer World.

Additionally, she won 1st place overall in the Miss Summer World competition, with South Africa placing 2nd, Macedonia 3rd, and Estonia 4th. Next year, Raisa will be a special guest and judge at the Miss Summer World competition.

In July of this year, Raisandra is invited to the United States to launch her third song, produced in Los Angeles by Marc Williams and C-Ray from the production company Indasoul Entertainment. The song will be released on the largest stage in Long Beach, California — the Terrace Theater at the Long Beach Performing Arts Center.
