Raisandra scores a new victory in Thailand. What international title the Romanian brought home

Raisandra has returned from Thailand, where a world-class talent and modeling competition took place. Contestants from 42 countries competed for the grand prize, but the Romanian managed to win the top trophy and land advertising contracts.

Ariana Raisa Andra Dinu, known as Raisandra, participated between August 1–8 in Bangkok, Thailand. The prestigious Teen Star International competition brought together 70 contestants from around the world, but the young Romanian emerged victorious.

In the talent section, Raisandra performed a musical number from a famous production, winning the grand prize for “Best Talent.” In the modeling section, she showcased a national costume, a swimsuit, and an evening gown. Her outstanding performance secured her the win over contestants from countries such as France, Australia, Canada, and many others.

At 1.76 meters tall, Ariana Raisa Andra Dinu was the tallest contestant in the competition. She certainly didn’t go unnoticed and was chosen by a watch brand to be their ambassador. As a result, Raisandra will soon begin a new and exciting project. However, the model believes height is not necessarily a strength in the fashion world, as girls can wear extremely high heels anyway.

Upon her triumphant return to Romania, young Raisandra shared her thoughts about the experience in Thailand:

“It was the strangest experience of my life — starting with the fact that cars drive on the opposite side of the road, the food didn’t suit me at all, and I actually lost 2–3 kg. The models wear extremely high and bizarre heels, and in the modeling world, height isn’t really an advantage.

Other interesting experiences included riding an elephant, visiting temples, seeing crocodiles walk by as I was shopping from a boat at the floating market. But what I value most are the friendships I made with teenagers from all over the world,” said Raisandra, exclusively for CANCAN.RO.
